WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WEDDING COORDINATION AND WEDDING PLANNING?
Wedding planning is when we work together to map out every aspect of your event. Your planner will help you find & book vendors, create a design, source decor, track your budget, and organize the behind-the-scenes details. Our wedding planning services include day-of coordination services.
Coordination is when our team steps in the last eight weeks before your event to take over all of the plans you have already made and make sure they come together! With Day-of Coordination, we coordinate between the vendors, our clients (you), and the timeline to make sure your plans come together just the way you intended.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PARTIAL AND FULL WEDDING PLANNING?
Our Partial Wedding Planning Package is perfect for couples who have already secured their venue, caterer, and decor. The Full Planning Package is intended to support for a longer period and offer support in all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, caterer research, booking, menu finalization, and rental equipment planning and booking.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A VENUE COORDINATOR AND A WEDDING COORDINATOR?
A venue coordinator oversees the on-site staff, to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations, serving food on time, etc. A lot of times the venue coordinator is not there for the duration of the event &/or they have other events they are overseeing on the property during the same time. A wedding coordinator works only for you to make every aspect run smoothly, greet all your vendors, send out a timeline prior, make sure you are having a great time
WHAT IS THE LARGEST EVENT YOU HAVE PLANNED OR COORDINATED IN THE PAST?
The largest event we have planned and coordinated was a corporate event for 8,000 guests and to quote the client, “ That was the best event they have seen in their region”!

DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes. Payments on most of our plans include three equal installments. A retainer upon booking, and the balance is staggered but due two weeks prior. However we can be flexible to suit your needs, please let us know at the time of booking because this will be included in your contract.
HOW MANY EVENTS DO YOU TAKE ON PER WEEKEND?
Typically, up to one client per planner, per weekend. This allows us to only focus on you in the days leading up to your big day.
Event planning & coordination is also exhausting. Outside the 300-plus hours of planning, we’ll clock up to 20,000 steps on event days. So as much as we appreciate the workout, we strive to live long and be present in other facets like family. Work-life balance 😉
